Trentium was founded in October 2018 By a Leadership team with more than 20 years< of experience, HQ is based in India. In April 2019 we made an acquisition with Kesar Pharma for Africa business and acquired plant accreditations from Uganda, Kenya & Nigeria health authorities. Further, in 2020 we started the Apara– Shipper manufacturing facility, our manufacturing unit of shippers to strengthen the backward integration.
By 2022 we did the Acquisition of McCoy Drugs Done acquisition with McCoy Drugs (API facility) to establish a remarkable presence in the API business for catering India & overseas markets. In 2023 we:
1. Acquired Ryzer to strengthen the formulation business arm to expand reach in semi-regulated markets focusing on regulated markets.
2. Started Distribution of Solvents, API & Intermediated
Right now i.e. in 2024, we have
1. R&D center for finished formulations & APIs.
2. Subsidiary office in Dubai to cater to GCC & EU markets.
